Landmark Music Festival Announces Inaugural Lineup
Washington, DC, is home to countless monuments, museums and memorable attractions, so it only makes sense that the city's newest event is going by the name Landmark Music Festival.

For the festival's inaugural event, organizers have roped in Drake, the Strokes, Alt-J, Chvrches, Ben Howard, Chromeo, Band of Horses, the War on Drugs, George Ezra, Nate Ruess, and Lord Huron.

Other notable names on the lineup include Wale, the Kills, Twin Shadow, Dan Deacon, Houndmouth, Daughter, Albert Hammond Jr., Ex Hex, and Hiss Golden Messenger. You can see more artists listed in the poster pictured above, and head over here to read the full lineup.

The two-day event will take place on September 26 and 27 at West Potomac Park, and will be held in support of the Trust with the National Mall's Landmark Campaign, which is hoping kickstart a renovation of the historically significant, but worn-down, National Mall.
