Ladyhawk Documented in New Photography Book

BY Josiah HughesPublished Sep 15, 2008

For whatever reason, people can’t resist documenting the lives of Vancouver fuzz rockers Ladyhawk. First there was Let Me Be Fictional, the somewhat unnecessary doc that followed the recording of their fantastic second album, Shots. Now, the band are the subject of a photography book from acclaimed Canadian photographer Jeremy R. Jansen.

Simply titled CON | LADY | 08, the 32-page book follows Ladyhawk on their recent nine-day Canadian tour with the Constantines. According to the publisher, the "photographs show the way things look when you are laughing all the time.” The book can be ordered here.
