Published Apr 18, 2017Fresh off the first of two Coachella headlining slots and about to shoot some A Star Is Born scenes on that same stage, Lady Gaga has still found the time to shine a light on an important message about mental health.
The singer has teamed up with the Royal Family-endorsed Heads Together campaign to keep the conversation about mental health awareness going. The organization got plenty of attention yesterday (April 17) thanks to Prince Harry's candid revelations about seeking counselling after his mother's death, and now his older brother William has sat down (well, via videochat) with none other than Lady Gaga for a talk.
Earlier this year, Gaga addressed her battle with mental health issues, penning a heartfelt letter about her own experiences with PTSD, and in the new campaign clip, Gaga opens up further about her ongoing battle. Gaga and William discuss the importance of voicing those struggles and — as the Heads Together slogan puts it — making them #oktosay.
Watch their conversation in the clip down below. Beyond that, listen to Gaga's latest single "The Cure," which she debuted at Coachella this past weekend.
