LA Vampires and Maria Minerva Achieve 'Integration' on New Collaborative Album

Two years ago, former Pocahaunted member Amanda Brown teamed her LA Vampires project with Zola Jesus for an LP. The collaborative spirit stills runs through LA Vampires, it seems, as the artist has now announced a joint album with outsider pop singer Maria Minerva, who released Will Happiness Find Me? earlier this month.

Fittingly called Integration, the record is said to strike a sweet spot between Minerva's pop melodicism and LA Vampires' busted electronic experimentation. As a press release explains, the combination "births a cool niche catalogue of unclassifiable style prototypes, from new wave apocalypto to teutonic club dubs to Harajuku romance anthems, all unified by their tag-teamed sisters-with-voices symbiosis."

It's one of those descriptions that probably won't make too much sense until you get to hear the thing. Fortunately, Not Not Fun will issue the LP and CD on October 30. The full tracklisting is available below and the cover is above.

Integration:

1. Integration
2. End Of The World

4. Alien In My Heart
5. The Immoral Mr Tease
6. Seasons Change
7. Trying 2 Be Honest With Myself
