L CON is heading back our way with a new EP called Whatever, and to give us an idea what to expect, the project helmed by Toronto-based artist Lisa Conway has shared the track "Believe."
Down below, you can check out "Believe," which finds Conway getting all ethereal with the help of pillowy-soft synths and drum machines. The song is a collaboration with Evan and Geordie Gordon, and according to a press release, "Lisa's mom likes it very much."
Whatever features collaborations with Casey MQ (Zaki Ibrahim, TiKa the Creator), Pursuit Grooves, Geordie Gordon (US Girls) and Evan Gordon (Islands), in addition to string arrangements by Mika Posen (Agnes Obel, Timber Timbre).
