Kylie Minogue has announced her new album Tension will be released on September 22 by BMG.
Tension is a collaboration with Richard "Biff" Stannard and Duck Blackwell, a contributor on her 2020 album Disco. The album's opening song, "Padam Padam," will be released as a single soon.
"Unlike my last two albums there wasn't a 'theme,' it was about finding the heart or the fun or the fantasy of that moment and always trying to service the song," she said in a press release. "I would say it's a blend of personal reflection, club abandon and melancholic high."
