Country mainstay Charlie Daniels sadly passed away earlier this month, but his legacy lives on via Korn. The nü-metal masters have teamed up with Yelawolf to offer up a hard-hitting, hip-hopping cover of Daniels's timeless tune "The Devil Went to Georgia."

The song was debuted on Bandcamp, and all of its proceeds will be donated to Awakening Youth, a non-profit organization that "empowers young people who have lost regular interaction with a parent to life events such as divorce, addiction, death, and more, to realize positive change in their lives and awaken the motivation to be their best selves."

Korn have also released a collaborative patch with Awakening Youth, which can be purchased through the Korn Webstore

As for the cover, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis said, "I've always said it, but country music is some of the darkest ever. Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, and, of course, Charlie Daniels all turned pain into some really powerful music that sounded alive. 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia' is a classic story, and we wanted to release it now to help others in need."
