"Yume No Ukiyo Ni Saitemina" (ft. Momoiro Clover Z) (teaser video)

As a recently unearthed, Paul Stanley-starring Folgers commercial proved, the Kiss brand doesn't always pair up perfectly with outside partners. The kabuki-painted rock band are hoping things will work out better with their recent collaborations with Japanese pop group Momoiro Clover Z, and the band are previewing a snippet of the tag-team track "Yume No Ukiyo Ni Saitemina" in a colourful teaser vid.

Written by Stanley and Greg Collins, with lyrics written by Yuho Iwasato, the track is the kind of hard rock cooker you might hear as the intro music for a kids action show. Fittingly enough, the visual side of things has the colour-coded Momoiro Clover Z squaring off against the beastly giants of Kiss.

Looking something like a cross between the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers and the cover to Hotter Than Hell, you'll find the rock'n'roll showdown down below.

"Yume No Ukiyo Ni Saitemina" will be released as the Momoiro Clover Z-sung "Momoclo Edition" and the Kiss-driven "Kiss Edition" on January 28.
