Kingfisher Bluez Announces 2015 Vancouver Christmas Party

Mint Records isn't the only Vancouver indie label with a yearly Christmas shindig coming up. Kingfisher Bluez has now announced the details of its eighth annual Christmas party, which will be taking place at the city's Railway Club on December 18.

This year's lineup includes Village, Rose Melberg's band Imaginary Pants, Jody Glenham, Mesa Luna, Grease Thieves, Love Cuts, Girlfriend, and label founder Tim the Mute.

Just like in past years, Kingfisher Bluez will be getting into the spirit of giving, as every person through the door will get a free 7-inch record. It hasn't yet been announced what songs or artists this freebie will include. What's more, tickets are just $10, and all proceeds will go to 1-800-SUICIDE and Crisis Centre BC.
