King Tuff

"Danger in the Dark" (prod. by Harry Fraud)

Glam-garage guy King Tuff (a.k.a. Kyle Thomas) has his new Black Moon Spell LP out in just a couple of weeks, but the musician is focusing on outside work for a moment by dropping a collaboration with hip-hop producer Harry Fraud called "Danger in the Dark."

The track plays a little differently than what we're used to from Tuff, with Fraud supplying a slow-rolling, Spaghetti Western shuffle and various airy touches to support the solo artist's wiggling, T. Rex-conjuring vocals. You'll hear King Tuff crying out in search of "a little bit of wild life" down below, courtesy of rum company Captain Morgan's "Live Like a Captain" promotion.

Meanwhile, Black Moon Spell arrives September 23 via Sub Pop.
