Kiki Rowe

"Enough" (lyric video)

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Dec 8, 2016

Hailing from Mississauga (which, hopefully President Obama has learned how to pronounce properly by now), Kiki Rowe has been writing music since her early teens. Her early interest in poetry and training in classical piano has since evolved into an R&B-leaning pop sound, and Exclaim! is giving you the exclusive on her latest offering.

"Enough" brings together a dark, atmospheric beat that explodes into upbeat bursts of synths with Rowe's smooth, emotive vocals, and the track has been treated to a brand new lyric video. The clip features footage of Rowe both in the studio and outside at dusk beneath the scrawled lyrics to the song.

It was all captured at Nobel Street Studios by director Kyle Griblin of Six01 Digital Media and follows Rowe's much-played single "Trust Issues," which was produced by the esteemed DJ Mustard.
