This Chicago gal gained her profile by playing hot parties hosted by Flosstradamus, and got a boost in the biz by scoring local ace turntablist (and Kanye affiliate) A-Trak as a producer. Her late-night set at Academy Club gave Montreal a taste of what all the fuss is about, and with help from an effective hype man, the lady MC got the crowd going. Considering the fact that her "catalogue consists of a few tracks on MySpace, it came as little surprise that her set only lasted 20 minutes. Short but sweet.
