Kid Cudi is sparking a ton of rumours this week after teasing a mysterious new project apparently called the Asterisk Collective.
The rapper took to Twitter earlier this week to create the mystery, posting a cryptic audio clip with the caption "CHANGE IS COMING" and the hashtag #asteriskcollective.
As you'll hear, the clip features a spoken-word message from Cudi, who says: "This is not the world we want. We're rewriting the script because these rules don't apply. We'll be showing up with real people in real places in real ways to inspire positive change."
He adds, "Bravery, courage, and action, uniting to showcase the power of creativity. Let's create a better future together. We are the exception to the rule. We are the Asterisk Collective."
Kid Cudi's last studio effort came alongside Kanye West, with the pair releasing their collaborative album Kids See Ghosts.

i believe it's more of a podcast or radio station like Blonded but Cudi talks to real people with real problems instead. Helps them to understand, and plays new unreleased music that lifts them up & inspires them, we'll see soon though #asteriskcollective
