Kid Cudi has been building up hype behind his upcoming Indicud LP for over half a year, but it looks as if the album's release is just around the corner, as the pop rapper announced a spring due date over Twitter.

The message, which arrived this morning (February 12), read simply "INDICUD April 23." While there wasn't any more info offered up, Cudi had previously hinted at some of the work that will grace the record's as-yet-unconfirmed tracklisting.

He had previously revealed that the album will feature guest bars from Kanye West, Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar, Chip tha Ripper and Cage, among others. He had also added that he had hoped to get Jay-Z, Diplo, 50 Cent, Ratatat and MGMT into the studio for some tag-team action, though it's unclear at present if he pulled off the feat.

While we're waiting for the specifics to arrive, you can check out rumoured album track "King Wizard" in the video down below.
