Broken Social Scene man Kevin Drew recently shared a raw GarageBand demo called "Spoon a Reason," and now he's unveiled another one. This one is called "Magistrate of Love."
This was recorded in 2011, and it finds Drew strumming his acoustic guitar while singing from within a cocoon of all-enveloping reverb. There are some layered harmonies, plus very sparse percussion in the second half, but this is mostly a very rough and stripped-down ditty.
