Winnipeg metal unit KEN Mode have been teasing the arrival of their forthcoming full-length Success for a while now, and details of the new record have finally been revealed.
The album is due out in Canada on June 16 via New Damage Records (and Season of Mist elsewhere). It marks the follow-up to 2013's Entrench. The album artwork (pictured above) comes courtesy of the band's longtime collaborator Randy Ortiz, and the nine-song tracklisting can be seen below.
As previously reported, the new material was recorded at Winnipeg's Empire Recording, with the help of legendary engineer Steve Albini (Nirvana, the Pixies). It was mastered by Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering Service and features guest performances from Eugene Robinson (Oxbow) and members of Full of Hell.
In support of the new record, KEN Mode will be hitting the road in June. The tour kicks off on June 16 in Toronto, with a Montreal stop the next evening (June 17). After a brief dip south of the border, the band will wrap up the North American leg of the tour in the 'Peg on June 26. Scroll past the tracklisting to see the full list of dates.

"Blessed" is the ultimate statement behind the album's concept. What is 'success'? It's an outsider's tale; perpetually on the outside looking in. A dual bass salute to our the Swans, Cop shoot Cop and the Cows. Everyone loves an underdog story, but it's rare that you get the big picture scene in the end, because more often than not, it's not what you really want to see.
