If you're looking to spice up the listening experience of Kelis' new Food LP, British beatsmith Actress has just the recipe. A remix of the record's "Rumble" has the artist adding his own flavours to his Ninja Tune labelmate's original.
Dubbed the "Actress Sixinium Bootleg Mix," the revamped track takes away the bluesy piano stomp of the original to instead flaunt minimalist '80s synth-bass, glimmering keyboard work and spacious electro-frizz. The pacing is different than the horn-y LP version, but Kelis' booming vocals soar no matter what the backdrop may be.
