Canada's Kaytranada may have been recently snubbed by his home and native land's JUNO Awards, but British radio honoured him last night (March 16) as part of a BBC Radio 1 special spotlighting Montreal music. And although the Haitian-born, Montreal-based producer has been keeping busy collaborating with artists like Katy B and remixing tracks from the likes of Jamie Woon, he's proved he's not slowing down any time soon.

Appearing as a guest on yesterday's show, Kaytranada revealed a few details about his upcoming album. 99.9% is due out on May 6 via XL Recordings, and he confirmed that BADBADNOTGOOD and Syd tha Kyd of the Internet will both be featured on the new album. Speaking about working with BBNG, the producer revealed that they laid down about 15 tracks together, though only two will be appearing on 99.9%.

In addition to news of the special guest stars, he also shared a brand new cut called "Bus Ride," which features Karriem Riggins and River Tiber. In the player below, you can hear Kaytranada's brief chat with Benji B, followed by the premiere of "Bus Ride."

Also featured on the radio program were Lunice and Jacques Greene, as well as a new mix from A-Trak. The full episode can be found here.
