Katy Perry Sued by Stagehand Who Lost Her Toe on Tour

While Katy Perry's ongoing feud with Taylor Swift continues to rage on, the "Swish Swish" singer has plenty more to worry about. After all, she's now being sued by a former stagehand who claims she lost her toe while working on the "Prismatic World Tour" in 2014.

According to TMZ, Christina Fish claims she was forced to have a toe amputated following an accident backstage at Perry's tour stop in Raleigh, NC.

Fish claims she was asked to help move a wall backstage, when the wall got stuck and then rolled across her foot. From there, she claims her shoe filled with blood. The lawsuit adds that she was offered ice, but no one called an ambulance. Instead, she had a friend take her to the ER.

Her toe eventually became gangrene and had to be amputated. Before that, doctors told her to keep the "dead toe" attached for as long as possible. She wasn't able to use her foot for months, and claims she'll never be able to do yoga again.

Fish is suing Katy Perry, Live Nation and a handful of stage production companies.
