Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman and solo soundtrack artist Karen O has yet to release a proper full-length of her own, but that will change with the arrival of Crush Songs later this year. Today, she's given us the first proper taste of the LP with a video for the song "Rapt."
As could be expected from a Karen O album called Crush Songs, the track's a stripped-down, precious acoustic song complete with lyrics like "love's a fucking bitch." The track arrives with a video that showcases the artist underwater. It was directed by O's husband, Barney Clay, and features production design by K.K. Barrett.
