In a series of tweets, West distanced himself from "Blexit," a political movement that encourages black voters to turn against the Democrats. Earlier this week, the movement unveiled a merch line they claimed was designed by Kanye, although he has now denied the association.
He ended the string of tweets by writing, "My eyes are now wide open and now realize I've been used to spread messages I don't believe in." He promised that he will be "distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative."
See the series of tweets below. It's unclear if this new stance will have any impact on his support of Trump and his penchant for giving rambling speeches while wearing a MAGA hat.

I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn't want their name on it so she used mine. I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it.
