While the release of Kanye West's Swish is imminent, a Yeezus-period remix of "Black Skinhead" has just surfaced. Beyond a melodic twist on the 2013 single, the remix features guest vocals from pop star Miley Cyrus.
Yeezy's racism-examining lyrics remain as potent and cutting as before, but the open drum swerve of the original has been replaced by a fanfare of synth brass, not to mention Cyrus interpolating the power-hungry hook of Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." Also helping out are Travis Scott and Lupe Fiasco.
It may not be a brand new G.O.O.D. Friday tune, but we'll take it. You'll find the stream below.
As previously reported, Swish is due February 11.
UPDATE (01/21, 12 p.m.): Unfortunately, this track has already been removed due to a copyright violation.
