Horn-honking, flag-waving soccer fans are gearing up for the World Cup to start later this month, and amidst the excitement, a new podcast has been dedicated to the United States' flop in the same tournament 20 years ago — and surprisingly enough, Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and the National's Aaron Dessner wrote the theme song for the sports-themed show.
