These Jersey boys are making some damn good ’90s hardcore and while it would be easy to compare them to modern(ish) practitioners like Kid Dynamite and/or How We Are, they’ve obviously gone straight back to bands like Ensign and Ten Yard Fight to produce these nine tracks, each of which will make you want to punch the floor, a lot, alone in your bedroom. The band manage to mix in enough melody to keep things interesting without taking the bottom out of their sonic assault. Songs like "9 on the Tension Scale” balance the band’s penchant for speed with a good ol’ fashioned breakdown, while "A Week in Jonestown” recalls Lifetime at their harshest.
