Bluesy Toronto rock band July Talk have already earned plenty of acclaim here in Canada, and this year they will be spreading their reputation internationally thanks to a few new record deals.
While the band remain signed to Sleepless Records here in Canada, an assortment of imprints will release last year's self-titled LP around the world this spring: Polydor will handle the UK release on May 6; Universal will issue it in Germany, Switzerland and Austria; and Island will release it in the U.S. on June 10.
To mark the occasion, the band will tour internationally throughout the spring before returning to Canada for a string of festival gigs in the summer. See the full live schedule below.
