Julie Doiron and Herman Dune Team Up for North American Tour

It seems like almost every time we open our RSS reader, beloved Canadian singer-songwriter Julie Doiron is up to something. From releasing her fantastic album, I Can Wonder What You Did With Your Day, to touring the country and getting her own day in Saskatchewan, Doiron has had a busy year. And now that she's announced her hectic fall touring schedule, the former Eric's Trip bassist is showing no sign of letting up.

Doiron has given word that she'll be heading to the UK on September 23, spending a full week touring England, Scotland and Wales. Then, once she returns to her home and native land, she'll begin a North American tour where she'll be joined by quirky France-based folk duo and frequent collaborators Herman Dune.

The two acts will perform Canadian dates in Halifax, Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto before heading south for some U.S. dates.
