José Contreras (of By Divine Right) has announced plans for his sophomore LP called At the Slaughterhouse. The album is due out September 13 via Headless Owl Records.

You can listen to the lead single "At 45" down below with its accompanying music video.

Today we also have the album's tracklisting, which features a Morrissey-themed song title on the seventh track, "Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me." Could this be a Smiths cover? You'll have to wait until September to find out.

According to a press release, "At the Slaughterhouse is an album about fundamental matters of the heart. Examinations of the relationship between voice and guitar, of love lost and regained, and of friendship and redemption all come alive with sparse elegance echoing in the symphony of a room's subtle ambience."

At the Slaughterhouse marks Contreras' first full-length since his 2014 self-titled LP. He more recently released a self-titled EP back in 2015.
