The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion haven't released a new album since 2004's Damage, but the punk blues trio have made up for it with a series of recent reissues and a retrospective compilation. If you missed the reunited band on their 2010 tour, then you will have another chance to catch up with them live this summer.
The outing will take the group all over world, and they will play in far-reaching locations like Argentina, Poland, Czech Republic, and Japan. They only have three dates in North America, all in the Pacific Northwest. This includes a show in Vancouver at Venue on August 16.
All told, there are currently only 12 dates, making this a fairly modest world tour. There's no word yet, though, if the band have any plans to release a new studio album.
