Following this fall's excellent Divers, Joanna Newsom is lugging her harp out onto the road for a run of shows. She already had a number of gigs planned, and now she has expanded her itinerary into the spring.
Following this month's North American tour (which includes a stop in Toronto), she will head to Australia and Japan in January. Then, come March, she will be back in North America; this newly announced leg focuses on the western part of the continent and includes a Canadian show on March 30 in Vancouver.
During these gigs, the singer will play harp and keys while supported by three backing players.
