Jimmy Page Reveals He Would Never Tour Without Robert Plant

BY Josiah HughesPublished Nov 10, 2008

In the last few weeks, the news that Led Zeppelin might be touring without Robert Plant and with Alter Bridge front-man Myles Kennedy has been spreading like the plague. Fortunately, a fledgling rumour on reliable British gossip site Popbitch suggests that Jimmy Page might have enough common sense to wait for Plant.

According to a quote on the site, "Page hasn't quite been singing from the same songsheet. He got talking to a fan last week and said that he'd never tour without Robert Plant.”

This can only mean one of two things. Either Jimmy Page will maintain the level-headedness and patience to hold back and not piss on his band’s legacy, or John Paul Jones will be stubborn enough to reunite Zeppelin without him and get Buckethead to fill in on guitar.
