After teaming up with Hudson Mohawke for "Bent" earlier this year, Jimmy Edgar has now shared a pair of new tracks with SOPHIE and Danny Brown.
Both "METAL" and "GET UP" can be heard in the players below. Of the SOPHIE-assisted "METAL," Edgar writes that it is "reflective of our love for designer sounds finely sculpted on boutique computer equipment," while Brown's appearance on "GET UP" is something of a homecoming for the two Detroit natives.
Last year saw Edgar release a debut full-length as JETS with Machinedrum, while SOPHIE released Oil of Every Pearl's Un-Insides in 2018. The two artists had previously contributed to Vince Staples' 2017 album Big Fish Theory.
