Jimmy Eat World Reveal 'Damage,' Plot Canadian Dates

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Apr 3, 2013

Long-running pop-rock crew Jimmy Eat World last left us with their 2010 set Invented, but the band have now announced the follow-up, titled Damage. Their seventh studio album arrives June 11 through new Canadian label home Dine Alone Records and via RCA in the U.S.

While Invented reteamed the act with longtime studio collaborator Mark Trombino, Jimmy Eat World's latest album was produced by the band with Alain Johannes (Mark Lanegan, Chris Cornell) at his home studio in Los Angeles. Jimmy Eat World recruited James Brown (NIN, the Pains of Being Pure at Heart) to do the mixing.

Not too many details exist on the set beyond that, but it's been confirmed that Damage will feature 10 new songs. You can see the tracklisting down below and the umbrella-sporting artwork up above.
