No stranger to writing music for film or videogames, Canadian singer-songwriter Jim Guthrie has detailed his latest foray into the world of soundtracks. Teaming up with JJ Ipsen, the pair's folk and rock score for construction and management sim game Planet Coaster arrives next month.

Running 16 tracks in length, You, Me & Gravity: The Music of Planet Coaster promises "a persistent upbeat and positive vibe" throughout. A press release further continues in saying "the music they've conjured is imaginative, encouraging, and airy enough to alter the creative temperaments of those looking for inspiration."

The first taste of what's to come from the soundtrack arrives with "Aspect Imaginarium," which makes use of a layered guitars, piano and a horn section. As for the game itself, Planet Coaster sees players let their imaginations run wild in creating, managing and sharing futuristic coaster parks.

You, Me & Gravity: The Music of Planet Coaster arrives November 17. Watch a game trailer and hear "Aspect Imaginarium" in the players below.
