UK R&B singer Jessie Ware's Devotion recently got a big promotional push when it was announced the LP made the shortlist for this year's Barclaycard Mercury Prize. In case you haven't caught on to the SBTRKT collaborator's smooth and dark debut, the singer has just delivered a moody clip for album track "Night Light."

The song is swathed in textured guitar tones that bring to mind the XX as much as they do '80s soft pop, while Ware's velvet-hemmed vocals plot out a tale of devotion ("You'll be my night light, there when I go to sleep").

Despite interpretive dancers moving around in black body-socks, a young couple's intimate petting and assorted performers intertwining their bodies to turn themselves into a flowing, living embodiment of Queen Ursula's tentacle dress in The Little Mermaid, it's actually quite a modest clip.
