Jeremih and Shlohmo Announce New Collaborative EP

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Dec 18, 2013

Apparently Chicago R&B singer Jeremih and Shlohmo had a lot of fun putting together their "Bo Peep (Do U Right)" single earlier this year, as the pair have announced they've strung together enough tag-team material to issue an EP in 2014.

Details for the project are slim, but a trailer landed today (December 18). As you'll see down below, the Christmas-themed clip finds Jeremih sitting by a tannenbaum with a nearly nude lady, while Shlohmo is playing piano and smoking up. There's also a pretty cool looking iguana in the mix, though we're not sure if that scaly dude actually has anything to do with the EP. We're also pretty sure the record won't feature a chopped-and-screwed remix of "White Christmas," as presented in the teaser.

A specific due date has yet to be locked down, but the record will apparently arrive this coming February through Def Jam and Shlohmo's own Wedidit collective.

While we wait for more details, you can revisit "Bo Peep (Do U Right)" via the SoundCloud player above the trailer.

Though Jeremih has issued a handful of singles this year, such as "R.I.P." and "Ex-to-See," it's still unclear when he'll serve up his apparently still-in-the-works Thumpy Johnson LP.
