Apparently, Alex Trebek, the loveably nerdy host of long-running TV trivia show Jeopardy!, doesn't yet know that Auto-Tune is dead. That's cool with us, because it meant that we got to enjoy yesterday's (June 23) Jeopardy category "Alex Meets Auto-Tune," in which Trebek sang contestants popular songs using the popular voice-manipulator.
As Billboard points out, Trebek sang traditional favourites "The Farmer and the Dell," "Oh! Susanna," "Battle Hymn of the Republic," "Go Down Moses" and "Oh Danny Boy" as the $200-$1,000 answers.
No "Love Lockdown," we suppose.
