Published Aug 27, 2010Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z will add yet another profitable file to his ever-growing financial portfolio next week when the New York Yankees will begin selling co-branded merchandise featuring both the Yankees' logo and the insignia of the Brooklyn rapper.
As Billboard points out, the attire, which will commemorate Jay's inaugural performances at the new Yankee Stadium on September 13 and 14, will include baseball caps, hoodies, T-shirts and more.
The merchandise will be available at Yankee Stadium beginning August 30.
In related news, Jigga's semi-autobiography, Decoded, will drop November 16; a release date for his greatest-hits compilation, titled The Hits Collection, Vol.1, is still yet to be revealed.
