Last month, Jay Z performed his Magna Carta Holy Grail for a whopping six hours straight in New York's Pace Gallery, later promising to unveil the results as an HBO documentary called Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film. Well, it's now arrived.
The "performance art piece" — not "music video" — aired last night (August 2) on HBO, and you can now watch it below.
As previously mentioned, the event was attended by a vast array of A-listers, including Marina Abramović (who inspired the concept behind the piece), Judd Apatow, Alan Cumming, Rosie Perez, Jim Jarmusch, Wale and Michael K. Williams, among others.
