Jason Collett, Bahamas and Zeus Team Up for Bonfire Ball Tour

If you're looking to catch three Canadian acts on the verge of widespread success, look no further than the Bonfire Ball, a collaborative tour featuring Jason Collett (pictured), Zeus and Bahamas. Billed as a "revue tour featuring all three artists performing together and alone during a night long set of incredible music," it will take the ensemble across Canada, playing 17 cities in just over a month.

This isn't the first time the three Toronto acts have played together. Collett's forthcoming new album, Rat a Tat Tat, was initially conceived during a writing session with Bahamas songwriter Afie Jurvanen, who had played in Collett's backing band for the 2005 album Idols of Exile. Similarly, Zeus have acted as Collett's backing band on previous tours, and performed as his opener.

Each band will be touring in support of a new album: Zeus's debut album, Say Us, is due out on February 23 via Arts & Crafts, Collett's Rat a Tat Tat is due out March 9, also via Arts & Crafts, and Bahamas's debut, Pink Strat, was released last July via Nevado.
