At this point, it seemed like just about every person in society was at least somewhat aware of the coronavirus. Everyone, it turns out, other than the world's most pretentious people. Take, for example, Jared Leto, who has been meditating in the desert for the last 12 days.
Leto decided to share with everyone that he's been chilling in a meditation facility for nearly two weeks. "We were totally isolated," he wrote in a social media post. "No phone, no communication, etc. We had no idea what was happening outside the facility."
He added, "Walked out yesterday into a very different world. One that's been changed forever. Mind blowing — to say the least."
That said, there's a potential silver lining. After all, now that this dude is all charged up on meditation powers, it might actually work when he says he's "sending positive energy to all."
