James Blake Schedule North American Spring Tour, Plays Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jan 28, 2013

Velvet voiced dubstep enthusiast James Blake has been relatively quiet as of late, and with his freshly announced Coachella performance on the horizon, he has confirmed the details of an impending North American spring tour.

The tour kicks off with the aforementioned Coachella gig. From there, he will play a number of shows on the Pacific coast including an engagement in Vancouver on April 25. He will then make his way to the eastern part of the continent and appear in Toronto on May 4 and in Montreal on May 6. See the month-long itinerary below.

Blake has been playing some new songs during recent shows, so hopefully he'll drop his new album before long. His EP Love What Happened Here came out in late 2011, and he subsequently promised that his new material would be "more aggressive." He briefly revived his Harmonix moniker last year for a pair of tracks with Trim.
