Prolific garage rocker Jack White has already showed off his theme song writing chops with "Another Way to Die," which appeared in the James Bond flick Quantum of Solace. Now, White is reportedly working on another theme, this time for the television return of the '80s horror series Elvira's Movie Macabre.

Nashville Scene reports that the show will be returning to TV on September 25. In an interview with Mondo Celluloid, star Cassandra Peterson (who plays Elvira) said, "Jack White did this song with this little group he put together called the Black Belles, and it's gonna be my theme song. It's kinda spooky and cool - you guys are gonna dig it, man. We're gonna make a vinyl out of it. Day-Glo vinyl!"

She added, "I'm thrilled that Jack White is doing the music. I'm losing my mind!"

As TwentyFourBit points out, White previously collaborated with the Black Belles when he directed the video for their single "What Can I Do?" (see below). The song was released on seven-inch via White's Third Man Records.

If Peterson's reports about the new Jack White project are accurate, we can expect more news about that Day-Glo vinyl soon.
