At first glance it may look like a normal North American tour, but it's not. Called the "Dollar & A Dream Tour," all of the shows will cost you a mere $1 to get in. But here's the kicker — the locations won't be announced, nor will there be tickets sold in advance. It's all on a first come first serve basis.
