Islands' Ski Mask LP hit stores last week and has already become a classic, at least according to a bunch of hangers-on in a new mockumentary-styled album promo.
Produced by actor Michael Cera, who here appears as a former Islands bandmate approving of the crew's pants-crappingly awesome new direction, the video also features comic cameos from the likes of Bill Hader, Alia Shawkat, Joe Lo Truglio and more. Things we learn include how the band sing songs with lyrics, that the group's therapist has no problems jumping into erotic escapades with her clients, and that Ski Mask is proven to have saved lives.
