Ontarian folk-rockers Inlet Sound swung by the Exclaim! office one drizzly summer afternoon to record a session on our back deck. The band is currently gearing up for the release of their debut album, The Romantics, on October 16, and this video was filmed a few days before they headed out east on a brief tour of the Maritimes.
Using such instruments as an electric mandolin, five-string bass and digital piano, Inlet Sound evoke an orchestral and seafaring vibe that recalls the Decemberists.
