The Inflation Kills Ready 'Grounds for Termination' EP, Share New Single
Based in Hamilton and made up of members from Kitchens and Bathrooms, Hoosier Poet and TV FREAKS, angular rock'n'rollers the Inflation Kills are set to deliver a new EP later this month.

Titled Grounds for Termination, the EP will arrive on January 22 as a limited edition cassette via Cold Slither Tapes.

The seven-song set marks the band's first new release in more than a decade, following up their 2005 self-titled effort. A press release notes that the new material maintains the group's "monumental guitar tones, unrelenting drive, jagged riffs, and towering melodies," in addition to their knack for churning out clever lyrical content.

The first example of that sound arrives in the form of lead tune "Churches." Blending precise, calculated instrumentation with punk rock energy, it's a blast of refreshing noise from the recently revived band. Scroll past the EP's tracklisting to give it a listen in the player below.
