Indian Handcrafts Sign to Sargent House for Next Album, Book Ontario Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jan 9, 2012

Toronto rock duo Indian Handcrafts have been earning a whole lot of acclaim as of late, and we previously praised the band's live show for its "no-bullshit approach" and "serious riffage." Well, the band will soon be getting some help when it comes to spreading the word, since they have now signed to Los Angeles' Sargent House.

A post on the label's official blog reveals, "I'm delighted to say Indian Handcrafts is now officially on Sargent House and they will be recording their debut for us in March/April of this year."

There's not much more info other than that, but by the sound of things, fans of raw and raunchy rock won't have to wait too much longer until we get a new album from these dudes.

Their previous eponymous album was self-released on Bandcamp. Scroll past the band's upcoming tour schedule to stream that eight-song effort.
