Imbogodom Returns with New LP

Imbogodom Returns with New LP
Following last year's fascinating effort The Metallic Year, global collaborators Alexander Tucker and Daniel Beban have announced the second album from their Imbogodom project.

The new record is called And They Turned Not When They Went and features some prog-nerd-worthy album titles like "Borogmog's Clock," "Nuclear Wind" and "Pillars of Ash."

The music sounds pretty fascinating, too, as a press release explains, "Trading between tape manipulator and player, the duo compose, dismantle, and expand their unique brand of songwriting. Psycho-geographic sound worlds map central London's deep dark loam and linger in the wind of New Zealand's remote countryside."

And They Turned Not When They Went will be available on January 24 via Thrill Jockey. That's the cover art above and the tracklisting below.
