Back in June, divisive Aussie rap star Iggy Azalea abruptly cancelled her North American fall tour, saying that she had a "creative change of heart" and wanted to "start totally anew." Now, she evidently ready to do that, since her album seems to be nearing completion and it even has a confirmed title.

In recent weeks, Iggy has made a couple of tweets with the phrase Digital Distortion. When a fan queried her about it yesterday evening (October 6), here's what she responded: Beyond that she tweeted some other details about her album progress. The photo shoot for the cover is complete, and now an artist is using the image to create the final cover.

Iggy clearly still has some work to do on Digital Distortion. Although she tweeted on September 16 that the album was "coming to completion," she said just yesterday that there are no featured guests yet and that she still needs to ask people.

She promised that the album would be out next year, and Def Jam Recordings is once again on board. We can expect a song called "Zillion" to be released ahead of the album.
