How to Dress Well Postpones North American Dates

How to Dress Well had been intending to embark on a short tour next week, but the R&B songwriter has canceled nearly all of his shows, including his Canadian date in Toronto.

In a post on Tumblr [via Pitchfork], singer Tom Krell wrote, "i needed to cancel a small handful of shows i was gonna do pretty soon – DC PHILLY VT BOSTON TORONTO – but i promise i will reschedule them, prob this spring. a few things happ'd: my touring bandmate broke his arm, i wanted to finish a new things, etc."

The bandmate with a broken arm is presumably Vancouver musician/comedian Aaron Read, who performs violin and electronics in How to Dress Well's live incarnation.

Krell's Tumblr post concludes, "but i promise we will c each other soon." In other words, Toronto can expect another How to Dress Well to be booked before too long.
